Best carry-on backpack for Europe trips?

I am tired of checking bags and want to travel carry-on only for my 2-week Europe trip. Looking for a backpack that fits airline size limits (55x40x20cm), has good organization, and is comfortable for walking. Currently considering Osprey Farpoint 40 or the Tortuga Outbreaker. Any recommendations?

I have been using the Osprey Farpoint 40 for 3 years and love it! It fits perfectly as carry-on (even on Ryanair), the hip belt is comfortable, and the laptop compartment is useful. The main downside is limited organization - you need packing cubes.

Check out the Peak Design Travel Backpack 45L as well. It is more expensive but the organization and build quality are top-notch. The compression system lets you use it as a 30L day pack too.
